Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our team in Datchet. This is a senior role that requires strong post-qualification experience in civil litigation and the ability to handle complex cases from inception to conclusion.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases, including reviewing and creating initial case plans.
• Provide support and guidance to junior lawyers and legal assistants within the team.
• Liaise with clients to advise on case prospects and prepare documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.
• Attend court hearings and case conferences as required.

Requirements:
• Strong post-qualification experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to handle complex cases from inception to conclusion.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
