Job Title: Early Years Education Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at The Old School Day Nursery in Astley, Nuneaton.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including:

  • a minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • up to 4 days additional annual leave per year through good attendance

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. leading and inspiring the nursery team to achieve our organisational vision and values
  2. maintaining the nursery's reputation as the best early years provision in the area
  3. developing excellent relationships with parents and carers
  4. managing the nursery setting from a business perspective, including monitoring occupancy levels and managing budgets
  5. recruiting and developing like-minded staff who share our vision and values
