About the Role
  • Support the daily care and education of our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Promote the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in childcare or early years education.
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • A caring personality with a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of early years frameworks and regulations.
  • A clean and current DBS check.
