Workshop Controller - Automotive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller - Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with service managers to ensure the department provides exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and achieve agreed-upon profits and retention levels.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they meet their daily targets.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Motor industry experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with one in four Saturdays, 8am to 2pm.
