About the Senior Account Manager Role

We are working with a leading provider of financial services, including insurance premium finance and a range of annually charged services, such as tax, regulatory, and accountancy fees. The company is a multi-award-winning business that lends more than £4.5 billion to over 2.5 million customers through a network of almost three thousand partners.

As Senior Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day and individual partner opportunities through diligent sales pipelining and account management. You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets of financed premiums by penetration of existing accounts and driving sales success across all partner accounts.

As Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Supporting the relationship during on-boarding of new partners through to launch, ensuring a seamless customer-focused journey
  • Taking a collaborative approach with Operations, Marketing, and the wider sales team, you will ensure broker and customer requirements are constantly met
  • Meeting our partner's data requirements, including the provision of MI packs, data analysis, and reports
  • Identifying training needs for our Capability team to address
  • Contributing to the quarterly sales meeting
  • Using the CRM system to maintain records and track progress
