Job Title: Care and Support Practitioner
Location: Livingston, West Lothian
Job Type: Part-Time
Estimated Salary: £24,889 - £25,302 per year
In this rewarding role, you will work with adults with learning disabilities to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being. You will provide emotional and practical support to our residents, helping them to access community-based activities and achieve their personal goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of HNC Social Care & SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, particularly in care planning, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and good organizational skills are also essential.
