About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Peartree House Rehabilitation, a private specialist unit based in Southampton. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy programs for clients with complex needs
  • Provide direct clinical care, including holistic assessment, treatment, review, and management of clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve common rehabilitation goals
  • Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate experience working with neurological conditions
  • Specialist knowledge and skills in neurological rehabilitation
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safe care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
