Job Summary

Labman Automation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our Support Team. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, delivering, and installing MultiDose products at customer sites worldwide. You will also provide technical support, conduct user training, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deliver MultiDose products to customer sites
  • Install and commission MultiDose products at customer sites
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Conduct user training and ensure customers are proficient in operating MultiDose products
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on MultiDose products

Requirements

  • Degree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics, Software, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to travel worldwide, sometimes at short notice
  • Driving license and Passport
