Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily routine of the nursery, including mealtimes, sleep times, and outdoor activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging learning programs that meet the diverse needs of our children.
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education, with a strong understanding of child development theories and practices. Previous experience in the early years sector is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
