Thunderhead/Smartcomms Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Comms Developer to join our team in a hybrid role, working from both London and Ashford offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the production, development, and maintenance of high-quality documentation and multi-channel customer communications using the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform.

As a Smart Comms Developer, you will be responsible for building and modifying documents/configuration in line with business needs and requirements, ensuring high-quality deliveries and complete testing. You will also work collaboratively with other technology professionals and SMEs to deliver technology programs, projects, and workstreams.

• 2+ years of experience using Thunderhead/Smartcomms
• Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks relevant to the area
• An eye for detail and identifying problems
