Care Assistant at Four Seasons Health Care Group:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and caring individual to support our residents in living their lives as independently as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality personal care, supporting daily activities, and providing emotional support to individuals and their families. The role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to understand the different needs of our residents and adapt your communication approach accordingly. You will also be required to work with significant people in our residents' lives, such as friends and family, by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in our residents' care. If you possess strong communication skills, are a team player who engages well with others, and are passionate about offering superior services, then this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents
- Supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene
- Understanding our residents' communication needs and adapting your communication approach
- Providing emotional support to individuals and their families
- Working with significant people in our residents' lives by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in our residents' care

**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 per annum, depending on experience.
