About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Children and Young People's Mental Health Worker to join our team at Turning Point UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we support, while also developing your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our service users, using recovery-focused interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

What We Offer:
An estimated salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and access to our Rightsteps Therapy service.
