Executive Rewards Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic compensation and benefits plan that drives business results and enhances the employee experience. This includes designing and delivering competitive salary packages, as well as providing guidance on employee benefits such as pension schemes, health insurance, and other perks.
A key aspect of this role is understanding the market and competitor analysis to ensure the company remains attractive to top talent. The Reward Manager will also work closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of the new strategy. With a strong background in reward management, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the business and contribute to its continued success. Estimated annual salary range: £65,000 - £85,000.
