Job Title: Affiliates Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliates Manager to join our team at OMD UK. As an Affiliates Manager, you will be responsible for leading our clients' affiliate performance strategy and overall delivery of client KPIs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers and affiliate networks
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve set objectives and demonstrate innovative thinking
  • Oversee the development of the team and ensure effective line management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
