About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our vibrant Affiliate team at ENGINEERINGUK. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for planning and activating activity across a range of product areas in the affiliate channel, evolving the performance strategy to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client's affiliate performance strategy and overall delivery of client KPIs and business objectives.
  • Work with the team to coordinate campaign strategies for the channel, building and managing relationships with key publishers.
  • Optimise campaigns towards set objectives, demonstrating the ability to be innovative and creative.
  • Oversee the development of the team, ensuring line management is run in a just, timely, and effective way.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the affiliate channel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
