Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their highly efficient and professional body shop team. With over 20 years of unparalleled passion for vehicle body repair, our client is a multi-award-winning company boasting 35 body shops nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prepare spray and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customers' expected standards.
- Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying.
- Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
- Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks before painting.
- Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritising customer care and satisfaction.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
- Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
- Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
- Preferably with ATA / Level 3 Qualified, but not mandatory.
- 3 years' experience required.
