Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Paint Specialist to join our client's highly efficient and professional body shop team. With over 20 years of unparalleled passion for vehicle body repair, our client is a multi-award-winning company boasting 35 body shops nationwide.

As an Automotive Paint Specialist, your main responsibility will be to efficiently prepare and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customers' expected standards.

Main Tasks:

  • Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying.
  • Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
  • Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks before painting.
  • Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritising customer care and satisfaction.
  • Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimise fire hazards.
  • Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.

RequirementsPreferably with ATA / Level 3 Qualified but not mandatory. 3 years experience required.
