Procurement and Supplier Management Specialist

Job Description

Thales is seeking a talented Procurement and Supplier Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sub-contracted suppliers within a specified Thales bid, product or project. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to develop and deliver complex, high-risk, high-value equipment or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and be accountable for the overall performance and compliance of key suppliers.
  • Coordinate and lead sub-contract reviews, including the identification and mobilisation of internal support.
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers and update the procurement dashboard.
  • Enforce contractual agreements and negotiate sub-contracts.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle, procurement strategy, and supplier management. You should have excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience building and managing strong relationships.
