In our pursuit of excellence, Chroma Recruitment Ltd seeks a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of our team.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards on the shop floor.
- Create project plans and programs to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain a high level of quality, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality in all shop floor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new manufacturing processes. You will work closely with other departments to develop project plans and programs that align with company goals. Additionally, you will ensure that all processes on the shop floor are optimized for quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes.
- Ability to create project plans and programs that achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong understanding of quality, cost, and delivery principles.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is between £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
