About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer Worker to join our team at Home Instead Charnwood. As a Senior Carer Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Carer Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, companionship, and medication management.
- Conducting regular assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Working closely with the office team and other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining a sparkling clean environment for clients, including managing household tasks and ensuring a safe and healthy living space.
- Supporting clients with nutrition, meal planning, and food supplies, including managing weekly meal plans and shopping.
- Managing medication and ensuring clients' needs are met, including ordering and collecting medication from the pharmacy.
- Introducing new care professionals to clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and the office team to ensure excellent care delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in care, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in computer literacy and use of care-related apps.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
What We Offer
