The Role:

  • You will work as a key member of our care team, supporting our residents to enjoy their daily routines and promoting their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Under the supervision of our qualified nurses and care team leaders, you will provide person-centred care, leading by example and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care, and other activities to ensure our residents have a fulfilling day.
  • Experience in the care sector is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all our staff.
  • Essential qualifications include a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ or working towards, and completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience.
  • We offer flexible shift patterns, but you must be able to work Wednesday and Friday.
