McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to provide exceptional care and support to residents at their Horizons estate in Poole.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents, enabling them to live their later life well. Your duties will include providing housekeeping and domestic support, supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and assisting with appointments, transport, and shopping.

About the role:

  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy work setting.
  • You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to a candidate with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
