We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Horizons in Poole. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, including housekeeping and domestic support
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Assist with appointments, transport, and shopping as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to provide the highest level of care and support.
Previous experience in a care or support environment is ideal, but not essential. What is essential is a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
