We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Children's Residential Services team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a cluster of children's homes, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our most vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Registered Managers and staff to deliver excellent care and support to children in our care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support, ensuring that we meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of children and families.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are providing value for money and achieving our goals.
- Proven experience of working in a senior management role in a children's residential setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
