Job Title: Residential Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Senior Manager to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cluster of children's homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and delivery of a cluster of children's homes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Registered Managers within a cluster.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and staff teams.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, professionals, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care and support to our children.
  • Provide leadership and support to Registered Managers, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
