About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Concierge to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet: Welcome residents and guests, answer enquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the effective security of residents and the building, including manning CCTV and car parking facilities.
  • Communication: Communicate with leaseholders, managing agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
  • Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of the building, report any faults or security breaches, and perform regulatory tests and inspections.
  • Key Management: Issue keys to authorized personnel, record key signings, and notify residents of deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous residential or property experience, with a focus on customer service and security.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and emergencies.
  • Qualifications: Awareness of general fire, health & safety, and security protocols.
