Project Manager - Rail

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Pontypridd, working on multiple projects across Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CDM regulations and NEC contracts, with previous client-side experience being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of Project Managers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the rail industry.
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and NEC contracts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive day rate of £500 to £575 outside IR35.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with the expectation of visiting various sites across Wales and occasionally attending the office in Pontypridd.
