About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a Staff Nurse on Ward 15, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with dementia and delirium.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect care to patients in accordance with agreed protocols and NMC standards.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are observed and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in preceptorship and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
