Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with dementia and delirium on Ward 15.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect care to patients in accordance with agreed protocols
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are observed and meet Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Person Specification
  • UK Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in Acute Medicine
  • Demonstrates patient-centred focus
