Job Title: Digital Healthcare Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Healthcare Contract Specialist to join our team at Digital Health and Care Wales.

About Us:

Digital Health and Care Wales is a Special Health Authority dedicated to delivering digital and information systems solutions across health and social care in Wales.

About the Role:

This specialist role will require technical expertise in procurement and contracting, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for managing complex contracts, developing business cases and options appraisals, and ensuring compliance with procurement laws and financial instructions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and contracting at a senior level, and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's level education or equivalent
  • Experience in procurement and contracting at a senior level
  • Strong technical expertise in procurement and contracting
  • Ability to communicate complex data sets to senior stakeholders
