Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our high-end projects in West & South West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the contract specification.
- Quality Control: Maintain the company's high quality standards across all projects.
- Client Relations: Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of projects, including resource scheduling and procurement.
- Tender Preparation: Support the Director and Estimating team in preparing tender documentation and pricing future projects.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on project sites.
- Team Leadership: Lead supervisors in presenting and mentoring on the delivery of toolbox talks.
- Site Management: Ensure that all project sites are managed in a clean, safe, and tidy manner.
- HR Management: Monitor staff attendance, absences, and safety issues that may affect project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the quality of project delivery meets the company's standards and enhances its reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape contracting or a related field.
