Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  2. Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families, ensuring accurate customer database management
  3. Drive occupancy and reputation of the Care Home through community engagement
  4. Support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care
  5. Assist with recruitment of home staff, completing employment checks and arranging inductions
  6. Prepare payroll for home-based staff
  7. Offer guidance on HR tools and resources to employees
  8. Ensure secure storage of personal files
  9. Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes
  10. Manage rotas, safe contents, petty cash, and resident fund accounts
  11. Update staff records with ad-hoc training, supervisions, and appraisals
  12. Provide guidance on staff development opportunities
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a customer-facing role
  2. Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment
  3. High level of attention to detail and prioritization
  4. Proficient user of Microsoft - specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. CIPD qualification beneficial
