- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence and autonomy
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and other aspects of daily living
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
Requirements:
- Strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Ability to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, and days
- Flexible approach to working hours, with a commitment to shared values
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.75, paid weekly or bi-weekly
