About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory affairs function in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing regulatory relationships, developing and implementing regulatory strategies, and collaborating with businesses and functions to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Managing regulatory relationships with UK regulatory authorities;Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to support business growth;Collaborating with businesses and functions to drive compliance and risk management;Identifying and mitigating regulatory compliance risks;Providing guidance and support to employees on regulatory matters;Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes;Leading and managing a team of regulatory professionals;Coordinating and participating in industry forums and associations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs;

• Strong leadership and management skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams;

• Experience in payments services or fintech preferred;

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent preferred;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Self-motivated and results-driven individual;

• Fluency in English required, Mandarin Chinese desirable.
