What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Business Administration Assistant - Property and Consents to join our team in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the WPS Project
  • Interpret consent documentation and input records into Property/Payment Management Systems
  • Extract and combine Engineering, Geographical, Customer, Payment, and Consent records
  • Follow a GIS-based process to incorporate a Land Registry Overlay onto UK Power Networks' mapping system
  • Provide customers with documents or consent data within service level targets
  • Support P&C Managers and Surveyors
  • Deal with customer enquiries and manage communication efficiently

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to interpret complex consent documentation

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £31,500 per annum, with a range of benefits including a competitive bonus scheme, pension scheme, annual leave and bank holidays, and training and development opportunities.
