Learning and Development Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Trainer to join our team at Brainkind. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to our teams, enhancing our Learning and Development outcomes, and making a real difference to the quality of care and support delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver L&D interventions to different audiences
  • Develop and implement mandatory L&D solutions and management development
  • Collaborate with our teams to create an engaging learning environment
Requirements:
  • A recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent)
  • Experience of designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences
  • A creative approach to deliver L&D solutions and management development
