About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead Engineer to drive the success of our space technology projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to utilize their technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver complex projects and develop the next generation of space engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in space science and related technologies to inform project decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, computer science, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project leadership roles, preferably in the aerospace or defense industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £95,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
