Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as an Antimicrobial Specialist.
About the Role: As a key member of our antimicrobial stewardship team, you will work closely with the Lead Antimicrobial Pharmacist to support the development and implementation of antimicrobial strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on antimicrobial use and stewardship to healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of antimicrobial policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the antimicrobial stewardship team to monitor and improve antimicrobial use.
- Participate in education and training programs to promote antimicrobial stewardship.
Requirements:
- Experience in antimicrobial stewardship and clinical pharmacy practice.
- Strong knowledge of antimicrobial agents and their use in clinical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £27-37.
- A 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
