Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with varying abilities and physical functions.
  • Facilitate group exercise classes, both live and virtual, to promote physical activity and wellness.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients, helping them set and achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust rehabilitation programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in rehabilitation and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
