Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our care at home team in the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, North East Fife Locality.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with service users in their own homes, providing care and support to enable them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Build effective relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to deliver care and support
  • Hold or be willing to work towards SVQ 2 in Social Care
  • Register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and complete Post Registration Training and Learning (PRTL)
  • Obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland
