Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing operational improvements and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of food and beverage supplies.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for managing customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Alcohol license training and up-to-date food safety certificates.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
