About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Director to lead our net zero carbon projects and programmes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving design teams to maximise sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of client net zero carbon strategies on individual projects and programmes.
  • Oversee and quality assure more junior grades in delivery roles working on these programmes.
  • Stakeholder management and leadership with project managers to support delivery, resourcing and reporting to the client.
  • Ensure that wider sustainable design principles are embedded in projects and work with the wider Mace project team to deliver client outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
