Logistics Operations Specialist

As our Logistics Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our in-house vehicles meet all legal and contractual requirements. This is a critical aspect of our business, and your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our reputation for reliability and safety.
Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and inspire a team of drivers, order pickers, and loaders to ensure our customers receive their deliveries on time, in full, and safely. This requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive results through effective team management.
We're looking for a highly organized and results-driven individual who can optimize our delivery routing to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Keyholding and duty management responsibilities will also be a key part of this role.
The contracted hours for this position are 37 hours or more per week, and we're offering a competitive salary of £43,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
