Our Store Leadership Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at The White Company, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, providing clear guidance, and ensuring that our PRIDE values are upheld.

Our ideal candidate will be a Passionate, Inspiring, and Resourceful leader with a proven track record of maximizing sales and profitability in a fast-paced, commercially driven retail environment. They will be an Imaginative and Dedicated Manager who can coach and develop their team members to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store costs without compromising store objectives.
  • Develop and motivate staff to achieve the highest levels of customer service and performance.
  • Manage the customer experience as part of our multi-channel strategy.
