Home Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Aged Care Coordinator to join our team at Omni-Care. As a leading provider of home care supports, we understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely support to our clients.
About the RoleThis role involves coordinating home care services for individuals who are elderly or have a disability. Your primary responsibility will be to allocate support workers using GoldCare scheduling software, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families.
- Use GoldCare to allocate support workers and ensure timely assistance with daily tasks.
- Conduct regular health and wellbeing checks, and investigate any complaints or concerns raised by clients or staff.
