Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a landmark project in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the largest building project in the city, with a focus on design and construction of Curzon Street Station.

About the Role

This is a client-side position, working closely with construction partners, design partners, and architecture firms to review designs and navigate the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and design abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and construction of Curzon Street Station
  • Work closely with construction partners and design partners to review designs and navigate the project
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the client's requirements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and guidance, such as Building Regulations and British Standards
Requirements
  • ARB registered
  • Minimum 5 years architecture experience
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent in architecture
  • Legislation and guidance knowledge, such as Building Regulations and British Standards
  • Rail or complex project experience preferred
