Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at CV Library. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including the £570m Curzon Street Station.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong background in complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for supporting the Lead Architect in all aspects of project delivery, including providing specialist technical knowledge and support for architecture and design-related disciplines.

You will also be responsible for reviewing architecture and design-related discipline requirements, responding to Requests For Information, and providing technical input for Planning Application packages and conditions closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Architect in all aspects of project delivery
  • Provide specialist technical knowledge and support for architecture and design-related disciplines
  • Review architecture and design-related discipline requirements
  • Respond to Requests For Information
  • Provide technical input for Planning Application packages and conditions closure
  • Work with various contractors' designers to prepare for the formal Independent Design Review Panel reviews
  • Provide support for the integration of the architecture and design-related disciplines with other project disciplines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ARB registration as an Architect
  • Extensive experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong background in complex construction and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence the integrated project team
  • Ability to produce and present documents and reports to a variety of audiences
