Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Kingfisher Nursing Home in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld at all times.
- Collaborate with medical, social, and other care workers to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
- Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
- A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
