About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to our clinical staff, including maintaining accurate records and updating patient information\
  • To assist with the coordination of meetings and events, ensuring smooth communication and organization\
  • To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\
  • To develop and implement efficient administrative processes, improving productivity and reducing errors\
  • To work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives\
  • To participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Office and data management\
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and respect among colleagues\
  • To adhere to Trust policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements\

Requirements:

  • \
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths\
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience\
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a clinical setting\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail\
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook\
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development\
