Job Title: Children Social Work Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Children Social Work Team Lead in the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
About the Role:
- Covering a caseload across the East Midlands, working full-time hours.
- Experience in Fostering or Child Protection, Safeguarding, Looked after Children, Adoption, Duty & Assessment, or Leaving Care Social Work teams.
- A strong understanding of the complexities of child social work and the ability to provide effective supervision and guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and support to colleagues on complex child social work cases.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure best practice in child social work.
- Building strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities and other agencies.
What We Offer:
- A salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Homeworking allowance, car allowance, mileage paid at 0.45ppm, Private Healthcare, high street discounts, and incentives.
- Excellent training and development opportunities, including ongoing support and guidance from experienced managers.
Working Hours: Full-time (permanent) position.
Location: East Midlands.
